Vintage Sheriff clown iron bank. This appears to be one of the early originials, possibly 1920s or earlier but please judge for yourself. Lever pulls down, raising arm while also rolling eyes back and the tongue moves down to accept coin. Some paint and surface ware, and a little rust on the bottom.
