Vintage pennant, likely c1940s - 1950s made of dark gray felt (back is black so front may just be faded to gray) with yellow screen printing saying "Tulsa Univ." with a picture of a football player in action. Has 4 tassel ties to secure it in place.
In quite good condition with some cracking to screen printing but no rips or tears. We do our best research to date these pieces but we ask that you view all detailed photos and determine date for yourself.
